This website (vulcansa.co.za) is operated by Vulcan SA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vulcan SA. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Section 1 - Product Sizing & Custom Orders
* Product Details: We display accurate descriptions, dimensions, and images for all protective apparel.
* Suit Groupings: Jacket and trouser suits are grouped as combined products with sizing and color variants. Please refer to our size charts to ensure correct fitment.
* Custom Manufacturing: Custom orders, branded apparel (embroidery/screen printing), or contract runs are manufactured to order. Once custom branding is applied, these orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Section 2 - Pricing & VAT
* All prices displayed on the storefront are in South African Rand (ZAR).
* Prices are shown Excluding VAT (Excl. VAT) as standard. VAT is calculated and added to the total in the checkout process.
* We reserve the right to adjust product pricing at any time to account for changes in raw material costs, tariff adjustments, or import price changes.

Section 3 - Billing & Payment
* We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
* You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
* Payment must clear in full before orders are dispatched or custom branding begins.

Section 4 - Deliveries & Returns
* All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
* Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier.

Section 5 - Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
