We stand behind the quality, durability, and safety standards of Vulcan SA. Because we track raw material costs closely to offer the most competitive commercial pricing, our returns policy has specific criteria to ensure fair and sustainable operations.

Return Shipping
* Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return courier shipping.
* We highly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Vulcan PPE is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund or product exchange, items must meet the following strict conditions:
1. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must not be torn, written on, or damaged in any way.
2. Product Condition: Items must be clean, unused, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, marks, or signs of wear.
3. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 7 calendar days from the date you received the items.

Rejected Returns
Any returns received that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected. Due to low margin constraints, we are unable to ship rejected return items back to you at our expense.
